1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of ZWD — Zeus Web Development, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ZWD provides web development services including but not limited to:

  • Custom website design and development
  • Web application development
  • E-commerce solutions
  • Website maintenance and support
  • SEO optimization

3. Project Scope and Pricing

All projects begin with a consultation to determine scope and pricing. Prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on project requirements.

A detailed quote will be provided before work begins. Changes to project scope may result in additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Typically:

  • 50% deposit required to begin work
  • Remaining balance due upon project completion
  • Payment accepted via bank transfer or agreed payment methods

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
  • Timely feedback and approval of deliverables
  • Ensuring they have rights to all materials provided
  • Maintaining hosting and domain services (if applicable)

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final website/application. ZWD retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

8. Timeline and Delays

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including client feedback delays, scope changes, or unforeseen technical challenges. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

9. Warranty and Support

We provide a 30-day warranty period after project completion for bug fixes and technical issues. Ongoing support and maintenance packages are available separately.

10. Limitation of Liability

ZWD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
